• Contact information you submit through our contact and consultation forms: name, email address, phone number, and the details of your inquiry.
• Event information such as event type, date, location, guest count, and budget range.
• Billing information submitted on our payment page: name, company, billing address, email, phone, selected services, invoice amount, and notes.

We do not collect or store card numbers, CVV codes, or bank details. Card payments are processed by Square on Square's own secure checkout.

• To respond to inquiries and consultation requests
• To prepare proposals, contracts, and invoices
• To coordinate with vendors and venues on your behalf, as needed for your event
• To maintain accounting and tax records for completed transactions

Sharing

We share information only where necessary to deliver your event or operate the business: with vendors and venues engaged for your event, with our payment processor (Square), and with service providers who host this website and our database. We do not sell personal information.

Retention

Inquiry records are retained while a prospective engagement remains active and for a reasonable period afterwards. Invoice and billing records are retained as long as required for accounting and tax purposes.

Your choices

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of the personal information you have submitted by emailing rene@rilescart.com. Some records must be retained where required by law.
